La Via del Sale is the beating heart of the five-star hotel Il Castelfalfi – TUI BLUE SELECTION. The fine dining restaurant of Toscana Resort Castelfalfi, under the guidance of the Executive Chef of Tenuta Francesco Ferretti, offers traditional recipes with modern touches.
