I’Rifrullo is a restaurant / pizzeria where you can eat a wide variety of classic pizzas, stuffed schiacciate and the fantastic pizza “alla pala” or “pinza” (rustic pizza characterized by a high and crispy edge), all prepared with type 00, organic wholemeal flour and organic durum wheat flour. In addition to pizzas, the restaurant offers hamburgers, cold cuts with cheeses and cold cuts and excellent first courses of Tuscan cuisine, all accompanied by the best local wines and a wide choice of craft beers. The warm and welcoming environment of I’Rifrullo is ideal for a romantic candlelit dinner in the “vintage” style room, but also for families with children in the lower floor room or in the garden where in the summer months it is possible dine outdoors admiring one of the most suggestive valleys of the Valdelsa.
