LA CONTADINA FARM, A FEMALE COMPANY
Cows, calves, chickens, rabbits, a pig, dogs and cats these are the animals of Clementina together with the 30 goats, Saanen, Camosciate delle Alpi and a cross made by her for her milk.
The La Contadina farm managed by the very young Clementina and her mother, produces cheeses, ricotta, yogurt with only Goat’s milk but in the future plans to produce cheeses also with Cow’s milk.

The Clementine goats inside their enclosure are free and even when milking occurs they are scattered in their environment, always with their dogs, faithful and jealous guardians.
To the question addressed to Clementina where his passion and his careful care for his animals are born he replies that they are everything in his life, that his habits are marked by the needs of his animals, a passion he had since he was a child and today he is lucky to practice.
The farm with its animals are its life, its lifestyle.
